Return & Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility: 1.1.1 You may return a product purchased from DVAI INDIA OPC PRIVATE LIMITED if it meets the following conditions:

a) The product is defective, damaged, or not as described. 

b) The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. 

c) The request for return is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.1.2 Certain products, such as perishable items, customized products, are exempt from being returned unless they are defective.
